Its perfectly normal to be nervous for your first time. Heck, I couldn't keep up an erection with my first. But all you have to really do is talk to your girlfriend, relax and most importantly FEEL COMFORTABLE with the situation. Take deep breaths prior to it if you think it'll help. Keeps the oxygen in your penis. Maybe even a little bit more fore play will help. And I don't suggest using any pills at the age of 16.
Don't forget about contraceptions, safe sex is good sex. |

| i have a same problem, when im hanging out with my girl and kissing i get hard, but when we are alone in the room and about to have sex i get nervous and my heart starts beating hard, i feel like i dont even know what i am doing, i kept thinking what if i dont get hard cuz i fail b4, just ...but there is few things that can help, ...talk to the person how you feel, you will def feel better after you tell her its of your mind. biggest thing is you need to get comftible around her and comftible about your size...so good luck |

I think the problem is that you simply aren't compfortable about the situation. Easiest way to know if that is your problem is asking yourself whether you would feel compfortable if your girlfriend saw you naked.
You cant just go rushing into sex. It is a big step. My last girlfriend wanted sex but I was not ready at the time. I just didnt feel close to her enough. We didn't do anthing with one another apart from kiss. So to move from kissing someone straight to sex is a big step. Sex should not be rushed.
My current girldfriend at the moment I have been with her for a year, She does not want sex yet and I respected her and I do not force her into anything she doesn't want me to do and I think that has helped us to grow stronger because we have done other things instead to pleasure one another and it's easier in different situations not to feel embarassed as your so close to that person.
I know I can confidently talk to her about anything I want to.
Hope this helps! Take care! x |
