Very painful red bump on pubic hair area - something serious

I have not done anything that would give me an STD at all, and it's not from shaving because i haven't done that in like 2/3 months, but I have an extremely painful large red bump on my pubic hair area -right under top of underwear line. It's only a bump and it doesn't itch, puss, etc. whatver, but i don't know what it is?

This sounds like an infected pubic hair follicle. It's quite common for women who shave that area or wear very tight underwear or pants. If you do either of these, stop and wait for it to go away. If it doesn't go away, see a gynecologist.
