Very small pimple looking bump on my penis.

I have a very small bump on my penis that looks very similar to exactly like a white head. I have looked at pictures of different STDs that cause bumps down there, and my case doesn't look like any of what I've seen at all. But, most the pictures I see online look like very bad cases.
I do think that I'm clean, but I'm posting here for a little more assurance. Or to find out if i need to be worried.
Oh right I almost forgot: The bump wasn't there about 4 hours ago.
Could these things pop up due to chronic masturbation?
