I always have difficulties during sex. My erection is not big or strong enough, and very often I simply can’t have sex because I have no erection at all. I wanted to try with Viagra, but my friend told me that Viagra could cause loss of vision and blurry vision. My eyes are ok, should I be afraid of taking Viagra? I’m 29.

Reports prove that at least one man in a million will experience vision problems up to 36 hours after taking Viagra (but usually within the first 24 hours). This affects one eye, and only in rare cases both eyes are affected. The disorder caused by Viagra is called non - arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) and it can ultimately lead to complete blindness. The disorder reflects it blurred vision and changes in vision manifesting in seeing things green or blue. These changes usually do not last long, but they can sometimes make permanent damage. Older men with the history of coronary disorders (heart attack, high blood pressure, etc.) are at a higher risk of experiencing these side effects. They must consult their doctor before taking Viagra. Also, men with eye problems should be careful since the reports indicate that they are at risk of worsening of their condition. You should check your eyes and consult your doctor before you take Viagra - that will lessen the chances of the appearance of vision problems, although you are young.
