Viral infection duration

Hey,
I am feeling like hell, barely sitting here¡K I have fever, swollen lymph nodes, coughing, sore throat and I even have diarrhea ¡Kcould there be some more ƒ¼
This has been going on for 10 days already¡K I was at doctor¡¦s, he gave me antibiotics etc., but nothing seem to help. I am just wondering ¡K how much more? What is usual the duration of viral infection?

It is nothing unusual to have viral infection more than 10 days. The duration is from week to several weeks¡K Huh, I know this must be a shock to you, but try to rest as much as possible and maybe visit doctor one more time.
