I'm 15 and yes a virgin,but something happened a couple weeks back,
i fingered myself(I have for a long time now) but when i looked at my finger it had a alittle blood on their but it didnt hurt me for some reason,It's never happened before does anyone think i may have tore or scratched my hymen and caused it to bleed?, i'm really nervous.i know i'm basically still a virgin since i havent had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend yet,but i'm afraid that since i may have damaged my hymen i'll be sorta loose you know? and another thing, i'm very irregular with my periods. i havent had my period in a month, but the last time before i had it last month was in feb. and like it really scares me. I really want kids but i fear i cant due to irregularlity. does anyone know what i should do? Sad thanks.

You're still a virgin, and many girls can break their hymen from masturbation, horseback riding, sports, tampons, etc. Your hymen may or may not be broken, but it doesn't really matter. I'm sure when you have sex, your partner won't even notice, and it's not even a big deal. A lot of teenagers have had their hymen broken.

The bleeding you're getting from masturbating is normal. Just don't go so rough on yourself next time.

Keep in mind, you're only 15. Your still very young, and it's normal for your period to be irregular at that age. In fact, a lot of women older than you still have irregular periods. As you get older, your periods should become more regular, and irregular periods usually don't mean that you can't have kids. It just means that your cycle takes longer than a normal one does, but as you get older, it will begin to become more normal and predictable.

good luck

Hi lilbunniehunny,

The bleeding is probably just a little tear.

In my humble opionion, hang on to your virginity sweetie. It is such a PRECIOUS gift that you have. There are SOOO many things that come with sexual intercourse that we should never have to face, emotionally and physically....just a thought. Be strong.

Another thing...I didnt get my cycle for the first time until I was 15. My periods were SOOOO irregular. But when I got married, after about 7 months, I became pregnant, and have a beautiful healthy boy...born in Japan when we were stationed there.

Please hang on to your virginity sweetie, you will avoid alot of things you should never have to face. Take it from someone who did not.

Many Blessings to you,
Hizgrace
