Vit B12 and B-co Injections

How much B12 and B-CO is acceptable to take in one injection.
1.5ml of each every 3rd day. Is this execptable or too much?

Unless you are under a doctors supervision for B12 deficiency or you have some disease that requires you to take B12 injections, you should not do this, especially yourself.

If you simply want to supplement your B12 intake, there are numerous sources of B12 in tablet form that you can purchase. I take 1200 micrograms of B12 each day in pill form, which is more than enough.

As to B-CO, I don't know what that is.
