Hello. I'm 34 year old female and I'm really exhausted from switching from one diet to another for years now.
I have tried at least 10 different diets and neither one had anything revolutionary in it and therefore, they didn’t help me at all.
Few days back I have read some article about one new diet called Ultimate Vital Solution and supposedly, it is based on some new effective approach to healthy weight loss.
I didn’t find anything more about it and that’s why if someone has more details about it- feel free to write about it.

Hello. I have also read several stuff about the diet you’ve mentioned and I don’t mind telling you everything I know about it.
Like you said, it is one very new diet on the market developed by some Dr Phils. The most important thing you should know about this diet is that the Ultimate Vital Solution diet has completely new approach to diet and it will try to change the way you behave and think about food, weight loss, and, ultimately, yourself.
The target of this diet is your psychological health because they claim that the problem is inside not on the outside. It is complitelly personalized program and everyone will get the real reasons why they’ve lost control of their weight, with tools to identify what to eat, when to eat and how to eat. They say- control your weight, instead of your weight being in control of you.
