Hey there.
I need some advice. I had flue two months ago, I am ok now...except my voice in especially coughing. I have very dry cough and while I cough it feels like I am going to throw my throat out... throat really hurts. Besides that, my voice really worries me... I have this smokers like voice... I sound like an old engine Sad

Hello!
Here are some grandma advices: honey, lemon and tea. Honey rules! It doesn’t matter which honey you take.
For throat... put some wet, warm towels around your throat (and then around them put some dry towels- in case you do not get flue again). This should really help your throat.

Contrary to belief, lemon is NOT a good thing to take when your voice is hoarse. The citric acids burn the side membranes and reduce the amount of secretion around the throat and vocal chord area.
