Voltaren and Cataflam

Hi, my mother is 54 years old. Two years ago, she has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Changed developed on the joints, spine and knees. Symptoms that occurred were local pain, high temperature, joint rigidity. She takes some medicaments for her problems, and I would like to know what do you think about Voltaren and Cataflam combination?

Voltaren belongs a to a group of non steroidal anti inflammatory medicaments. It brings a lot of relief for patients suffering form arthritis. Effect it creates is analgesic and anti inflammatory. It inhibits prostaglandins, so it could cause development of ulcer, because it damages the stomach mucus. This goes if this drug is taken for a long time. Voltaren is actually a generic name, while brand name is Cataflam.
