I am wondering, I have 2 girls, 8 and 6, both have been breaking out in WATER BLISTERS on the legs, arm and hands and neck. When they break they look like it could leave a scar.
I am wondering if this is coming from a swiming pool, or a running river that they swim in when we are camping.
