Embarassed Both my partner and I are anal sex newbies. We've tried it a few times but each time it was extremely painful for me, so i have to stop. I've tried looking online for help, but fond nothing. I know I have to just relax, but i cant help feeling something is not right when i have no idea what to do, how it will feel or when it'll start to feel good.

Can someone please help me? Thanks.
