I am 29 years old and over a year ago I had an endometrial ablation done, and now my husband and I want another baby. What can we do to conceive? We have been trying for months now. When I had the procdure done I stopped my cycle, but it has started again and all I am doing is spotting. The spotting last for a few months and its more like a brown discharge. Please tall me what we need to do.
