Want to lose abdominal fat â€“ that is my main occupation these days. I have been in body building for two years now, but I have always had problems with abdominal fat. No matter how hard I tried, it seems that I am not able to eliminate those extra kilos and I am becoming a little desperate. I need some good advice on this subject.

Do not think that you will be able to lose abdominal fat with only bodybuilding. You have to know that a good diet will help you a lot here. Abdominal fat is still fat, and there are many diets that exclude fat, which means that your body's fat reserves will be activated and spent, which is what you want. Also, running is important and lowered quantity of eating will reduce your stomach size (less you eat, less are intestines widened). Try this it will definitely work. In addition, fat burners are an option, even though not my favorite one.
