Hello!
I have these constant problems with my sinuses. And I am having those problems more than 5 years. The biggest problem now is that I get this wet feeling in my head like warm water is in my head. I also had mri for migraines, and came back negative. I really do not know what to do...

Hey, I had those problems when I was little girl. My father took me to the sea side and forced me to breath in water through nose... It was a horrible feeling and I hated him them for that. But that actually helped. Salty water through nose – it helps!
