I told my obgyn i had been itching and he looked but did not say anything signifigant about them he just said it was a yeast infection. i also have severe burning and swelling in the vagina after sex but tested negative for std's what could this be pleas help.

Didn’t you show the bumps to your doctor or you pulled them out before seeing him? A doc needs to have a look at them to determine what they are. Most pimple s and sebaceous cysts that are considered normal formations are white and I don’t think you should have picked anything.

You should mention these bumps to your doctor but I suppose he already performed all the necessary tests since you are pregnant. Never the less, mention the bumps and describe them with as much detail as possible.
As for your yeast infection, it is probably what is causing the swelling and burning after sex. Have you been prescribed any treatment? You shouldn’t have sex while you have yeast infection. You will pass it to your partner and if he doesn’t get treatment, you two will be passing the yeast to each other back and forth and your treatment won’t have any effect.

Yeast treatment doesn’t last long, so you two should refrain from having sex during those days. Make sure he was checked as well so that both of you get cleared. Don’t risk being in labor with yeast infection. It could harm your baby.
