Before I started taking BC, my menstrual cycles were very heavy (especially for my petite size) and irregular with debilitating cramps. I've been on BC now for over 3 years and it has regulated my cycles and reduced cramping. Recently, I was late for my period and when I did get it, it was very heavy with clots and unbelievable cramps. Could I have had a miscarriage and not have known I was pregnant or was it just a crazy cycle?
