Tell me something about your experience with menopause. Was your transition sudden or slow? For me, physical symptoms showed almost simultaneously. Urinary problems, night sweats, muscle tension, even weakness sometimes it seems that they all attacked in a period of few days. Is it normal for this period or should this have been more gradually? Is this a big stress for my organism?

Of course it is. Everything that happens to our bodies that is out of ordinary represents a stress that could get complicated. Unfortunately, in menopause, there are a lot of changes that disrupt both mental and physical balance in our system. In my case, it all came gradually, over years. The worst thing for me was depression. Sometimes I cried for entire day! You might imagine how I felt, my family also. Thank God, I have put all that behind me.
