First of all you need to take sufficient amount of water and minerals, as their balance may be disturbed too. If you are in hot climate, sweating is intensive and provides loss of fluid, so you need to take more. Perhaps there is something wrong with your kidneys, but for this you need to check with your doctor. If you are taking too much water then it is normal. If your condition doesn’t regulate in some reasonable time, you require medical treatment. Is your blood pressure regular? And what about hormone status? Have you checked it lately? I suppose that these changes wouldn’t pass unnoticed.
