| I have used hair brushes (the smooth end) I put it inside of my hole and moved it around. Markers and cucumbers work good too. Shampoo bottles are great for sucking. Get an empty bottle and squeeze it and put it on your clit and slowly let the air out. It will suck up your clit and feel good! It works on the nipples too. |

The best way to get started for me was to actually lay flat with my legs up on the wall while my arms could still reach the faucet to make it harder or softer. you really don't have to do anything and it gives great orgasms...although can be awkward. also, one of those (I think they are called Homedics) tub jacuzi things you can buy for like 40$ and put on the side of the tub is good.
my friend who used to be really promiscuous and then had a dry spell for a year said the bathtub faucet was the best.
i have even used beer bottles...but i don't advise this.
