Weak Stream, 43 years old.

I am a 43 year old male who just had a bloog test done for various stuff, all came back clean. However my problem is that i have an extremely weak stream while standing at the urinal. Its so weak even with a full bladder, There is no pain or soreness, its just embarrasing when the guy next to you is peeing like a waterfall. So now i tend to go to the stall
I dont have the urge to pee all the time, i dont stop and start and i always empty. Its just trickles out!!! What Gives?
