Wegener's Granulomatosis

I think that my father has Wegener's granulomatosis. He has sinusitis almost constantly. He is complaining about fever, night sweats, fatigue and malaise. He also has loss of appetite and he lost weight. He thinks that sometimes he has blood in his urine. Could this be Wegener's granulomatosis? What should I do about this?

Whether or not your father is having Wegener's Granulomatosis can tell you only doctor. So, better take your father to the hospital. This disease can be very dangerous if not treated. In patients who got proper therapy, 90% of them were good. For the treatment of Wegener's Granulomatosis usually doctors prescribe: corticosteroids, cyclophosphamide, methotrexate and azathioprine.
