Weight loss after pregnancy

Well hi there.
I am 25 now.
I have got a baby who is two now and i was 54 when i concieved her my height is 5.4" and am 60 kgs Embarassed

now it seems whatever i do my weight has got stuck doesnt come down. I hv got a double ponch. How do i loose weight faster. Should i buy treadmill and what type please recommend also any medicine for putting me off those cravings of icecreams and cakes all goodies Rolling Eyes

I put on some extra weight, and my husband wanted to lose a lot of his weight. I tried the weight loss tips from Kevin Trudeau's "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You to Know About." I lost 10 pounds in a week and a half, and my husband has lost about 25 pounds this past month. I highly suggest you buy his book and try those tips. They work really well!
