Has anyone tried Phentermine? Is it safe. I have a prescription for 37.5 mg time-released tablets. I've used them in the past and lost 20 lbs. I would like to lose 20 more. Thanks for any feedback.
Phentermine is very effective for losing weight but it is usually prescribed to the obese. It shouldn't be used for longer than 3 months as it may cause heart problems if used longer. From what I heard, they work wonders. But they are medical stuff.

Yes, I got a script from my doctor. I am 5'9" and weigh 170 lbs. I know I'll never get back to 130 that I used to be (I'm 50 years old) but would like to get down at least to 145. Thanks for responding. They DO curb my nighttime cravings.
