I am currentally 22 years old I have endured a weight problem from a very young age as I was not a terribly active child.
I know there is no pill to treat Weight loss and I know that exercise and correct portions are they way to success. What I can't fathom, is that I know all this and still I can't seem to implement it into some sort of routine that sticks. I have consulted a hypnotherapist and she said that perhaps I just had accept this. I don't believe it. Can you suggest a book or service to help please.

Hi there! I am 29 and I actually weigh 198 lbs 5 months ago and it really is disturbing so I started to panic and take my weight increase seriously. I cant go to gyms since i am a busy mom and have no time for exercises as well, then I started to take a cereal drink (if you are familiar with NESVITA) instead of 1 whole meal (preferably during dinner time) it pays alot. Now, I am only 157 and would like to proceed with the diet plan. Hope this helps.....
