I’ve started experiencing pain during intercourse about two weeks ago. I wasn’t very concerned because of that but soon after I’ve noticed spotting that started occurring every day. When I got my period, I had cramps more than usually. Is there a connection between these symptoms- spotting, pain during sex, cramping during periods? Please post.

Combination of these 3 symptoms makes situation more complex. You should make an appointment with your ob as son as you can. It may be endometriosis or adenomyosis. Your symptoms also may be caused by certain infection, like pelvic inflammatory disease. But you cannot start treat it until you have proper diagnosis. Of course, it could be hormonal imbalance that bothered you and was responsible for your pain and cramps. You better check it with your ob.
