What H2 blocker to use: Tagamet, Pepcid or Zantac?

I have to admit that I never expected to have stomach problems like this. I have started eating healthy and avoiding junk food for almost a year now, but it seems I am too late. All I can do now is choose between several H2 blockers, Tagamet, Pepcid or Zantac. What would you choose?

All of those medications will help you with your problem with your stomach (I am guessing you have increased acid secretion). These meds deal with ulcers (both healing and prevention), GERD, esophagitis, and conditions caused by high level of stomach acid. So, in general, by blocking histamine, these meds decrease acidity in the stomach.
