What Is This On My Scrotum Hair?

Hello. I'm 18 year old and just recently I have noticed some changes on my scrotum. I have noticed these small bumps around and underneath some of my scrotum hair.
I have never seen anything like it. One or two of these bumps even had something white inside of them. Beside the fact that it’s looking pretty ugly, it sometimes causes itchy feeling.
I have them almost a year now and I don’t what is the cause or how to have them removed.
I'm not sexually active because I'm afraid what would girl said when she sees this. Please tell me what this could be and could it be something serious?

Hello, I have read your post and recognized almost all your symptoms. The exact thing happened to me earlier.
I also didn’t know what it could be so I contacted my general practitioner because I was pretty scared about this. He said that these are normal hair follicles that on thin scrotum skin sometimes look like a bumps.
This is quite normal and you shouldn’t worry a bit about this. Although, if you have noticed a whitish kind of substance in some of these bumps, you have probably developed some kind of infection. This infection is called fulliculitis and in most cases no treatment is needed. If this white bumps do not disappear in a week period- contact your GP for further evaluation.
