What Precautions involves orthomolecular nutrition?

Hello! I have met orthomolecular nutrition doctor which advised me to take large quantity of vitamins to stop my migraine. But, I want to know what precaution involves orthomolecular nutrition. I mean, I am not sure that I can just stop with my prescribed drugs and take only vitamins and healthy diet.

Hello! Well, I suggest you to consult with your doctor first. To be honest with you, I can tell you that modern science never approved orthomolecular nutrition. So, we can freely tell that orthomolecular nutrition methods are not always good and very often can be dangerous for health. So, decision is yours.
