Hi, I have never been on any forum before but I see that this one is very good, there are a lot of answer on some rather interesting questions. My question is about weight lifting and muscles. I am going to a gym for the 13 months. I have built my body mass to a satisfied level and I would like to "define" muscles a little. When it would be the best time to do that?

There is no specific time when you can say: "now I am going to define my muscles". It is individual. If you are satisfied with your current muscle mass then you can do it. The best way is to start with smaller weights and higher number of repetitions. Use dumbbells they are good for defining.
