What about your friends who haven't been through meno???

I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago and that is when my menopause started. Since the operation, I have been on HRT so I never experienced the true intensity of menopausal symptoms. What about my friends who have not been through menopause yet? What to tell them about symptoms and relieving of them, when they ask me?

Menopause is different for each woman. Women might have variable signs or symptoms at menopause. Some of the signs that happen may be a result of growing older, not changes in estrogen and menopause. First, it representing as changes in your period, hot flashes, problems with the vagina and bladder, sleep problems, mood changes and different other changes in your body.
