Hello, folks. I have just begun with practicing yoga and I am thinking of practicing some poses at home. Since I have some troubles with sleeping, I would like to know what the best yoga poses are before going to sleep. I will be grateful for your reply. Thanks in advance.
Hi, there. I don’t know which poses are meant for sleeping, but I have one pose which easily would put me to sleep. That is the Corpse – Savasana. It is great for relaxation of the whole body and mind. It also relieves you from stress. Since you lie on your back with palms up, you can really relax. I hear many people fell asleep like this. Try with this pose before your sleep. You can also consult with your yoga instructor about poses before going to sleep. I hope something will work. Bye!
