What are common Panic Disorder Symptoms

Lately I’ve been under lot of stress and I believe I became anxious due to this. I have something I would call “panic attack” yesterday. Anyway, I am looking for information about what are common panic disorder symptoms? Anyone knows?

Physical manifestations of panic disorder symptoms are characterized primarily by regular panic attacks and high anxiety. Some people that suffer from panic disorder may have panic attacks with feelings of terror, impending doom, breathlessness and chest pain; others may experience what are called limited symptom attacks. Common symptoms of panic attacks

* Rapid heart beat, pounding heart or palpitations
* Sweating
* Shaking visibly or inside
* Choking sensations or lump in throat (Globus Hystericus)
* Smothering or shortness of breath sensations
* Chest pain or discomfort
* Nausea, bloating, indigestion or abdominal discomfort
* Dizziness or unsteadiness
* Feeling light-headed
* Derealization (feeling unreal or dreamy)
* Depersonalization (feeling outside yourself or like you don't exist)
* Fear of losing control or going crazy
* Paresthesias (numbness or tingling sensations) in face, extremities
or body
* Chills or hot flushes
* Skin losing color
* Blushing or skin blotches
* Urgently needing to urinate or defecate
