What are my chances for treating Hep B with interferon?

I would like to say that my life has been a smooth ride, but that is simply not the case, especially now that I have problems with my health, I have been diagnosed with hepatitis B and even though I have been down for several days when I was told that, I decided to fight it anyway I can. What are my chances for treating Hep B with interferon?

Interferon alpha 2b has actually shown great deal of success when dealing with chronic hepatitis B. But, to be treated with it, you must have evidence of virus replication happening in your body and also evidence of current liver inflammation. And I think that liver biopsy will be performed before the therapy (I think that patients with some liver disease will not be given this medication).

What are my chances for treating Hep B with interferon?
