What are natural alternatives for prescription stimulants?

Hi, my daughter is 8 years old and she is suffering from ADHD. Till now she was taking medications which were prescribed by her doctor but I am really concerned because she is very young and she is already taking so many medications. Recently I have heard about some natural alternatives for prescription stimulants. If someone knows something more feel free to tell me.

Hi, I am also interested about this subject because my son is suffering from ADHD. I would like to tell you good news about natural alternatives called Pycnogenol which is pine bark extract and showed very good results in children with ADHD. It reduces hyperactivity and improves attention. Also it didn't show any side effects.
