What are these bumps (pictures included)

Hi im 17 and have had these small white bumps for many years now. I have noticed that they are multiplying slowly and getting more prominent. They don't itch or cause me any trouble though i just hate the look and feel of them.

Though something has come up recently that has really bothered me which is these few small white/red bumps under my head of the penis. Im not sure what they are but again they don't itch, ooze etc.

Can someone please help me out here.

Hey I recognize these little spots you have on your penis. My boyfriend also has them. They are perfectly normal, considered as a normal variant of a penis. They are called sebaceous prominences and they don’t cause any trouble. My boyfriend also has them on his shaft. There is no treatment for this condition as it is not infectious or contagious or anything like that and it doesn’t bother anybody except maybe visually but you have to get used to them. Besides, they don’t look so bad.

As for those two little new bumps, I don’t know what they are. Maybe also sebaceous prominence but they look normal to me just like some skin growths. I have similar on my eyelid.

Anyway, if you are sooo concerned, you can always have them checked at the urologist.
