Recently I heard that my very good friend who lives abroad has weekend migraines. I’m not sure that I know what it is exactly. Is that means that he has migraine only on weekends. How is that possible? I don’t understand it. Can somebody explain to me What are weekend migraines? Thanks!

Weekend migraine is specific kind of migraines. I used to have weekend migraines few years ago while I had very stressful job. That means that migraine attacks occur as a result of stress being removed. They can be caused by sudden absence of tension, change in sleep patterns, sudden drop in caffeine intake and other dramatic changes.
