Hello! Yesterday I have heard for the first time in my life for treating method called sound therapy. I want to know what can be treated with sound therapy. Namely, I have problems with stress and I want to know will sound therapy help me to relief from it. I hope you will know something more about this…

Hello! According to sound therapy specialist, sound therapy is great for relieving from stress and for relaxing. According to them, you should solve sleeping problem too and your completely condition will be improved. They say that this happening because through inner ear sounds stimulating brain, which is recharged on this way.
