I notice im developing a pain im not really sure what is causing it.
Im 4 months pregnant.Ijust want to know what can cause a person to have a miscarige e.g certain foods,drinks ,herbs anything.

No one has ever really determined what causes a miscarriage. However, when I was pregnant my Dr told me that too much caffeine may help contribute to having a miscarriage. She said not to drink over 2 glasses of caffeine drinks a day. Stress can also contribute to a miscarriage so relax.
