What could be happening to me

i had an unprotected sex with a female family friend about 14months ago. i later had sore throat which left after few days. I have had muscles and joint pains since although its on and off. i had stomach pains which stopped after some weeks. On the inside of my elbow on the left, i had two small bumps which vanished after 3 days.

I went for hiv tests 3 months and 5 months after the encounter and were negative but the muscle pains keep coming and going. i sometimes have whittish coating on my tougue although very light. I have some skin changes as not bright as it used to be.

I contacted the lady who has done two tests after 6 months but were all negative. however this same girl had some running tommy about 4 months ago.

What could be happening to me?

With the same problem i posted in the arly part of the month, do you think anothe test would be helpful?

please i am confused.
