lately, i have had many dizzy spells, shaking, my vision gets blurry, i have been peeing frequently, my moods are drastic. i also have two bumps inside my right earlobe. they feel like BB's and i think they are just cysts and nothing to worry about. but all of this worrys me a bit. any ideas?
