Ive noticed that Ive had three little red bumps on my inner foreskin.They are f;lat but ive had them for a couple of mounths and they dont really do anything, they dont get bigger, they just sit there hangin Out. Anyways Once in a whule I get an itch on my penis around the head but as soon as i scratch it the itch goes away. Two of the threee spots are purple not read. It this normal?

oops sorry they are not bumps they are just spots, they are not even close together.
