What cream can help with scalp folliculitis?

My child has problems with his scalp skin. He goes to a kindergarten and it looks like there was some epidemy. As doctor explained me, that is scalp folliculitis, condition that affects the hair and head skin, and it is very contagious. I would just like to know what cream can help with scalp foil.

This change is fungal one, very contagious, usually happens before puberty. It is localized in the form of numerous small patches that are connected with each other. It usually passes on its own in the puberty. As for the treatment, it depends of the cause, but some anti fungal cream should help him.
