I would like to buy Bowflex machine. For my chest workout, I would like to choose between two sets of exercises. Can somebody help me? Does anyone already use this machine? What is your opinion about it? Is it helpful? Can it be substitute for a gym? What is the price?

Buying fitness equipment for your home, instead of a gym membership saves time and money long-term. Bowflex Ultimate machine is manufactured in different types, depending on your needs. Choose carefully and accommodate it according to your specific gain of working out. If that is the case, it will worth each dollar.
