I would like to know What disease is treated with Immunosuppressives? Why they so important? I heard a lot of different stories about this kind of drugs and now I’m not sure what are they exactly and what are they used for. So, anybody who knows something about this, tell me, please.

Immunosuppressives are given to transplant patients to prevent organ rejection and to patients with autoimmune diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis or Crohn's disease). They belong to a class of drugs that suppresses the body's immune system and used to prevent production of antibodies. I know that Immunosuppressives are essential in kidney transplants.
