hey everybody .. my main problem is masterbating at night.. because im so bored and think of hot girls.. and theres nothing to do at night so its even harder.. so wat do i do!!

Well first of all there's really nothing wrong with masturbating at night but if you really want to then...

1.) Try to fall asleep as fast as you can
2.) Read a book to fall asleep
3.) Draw
4.) Watch a movie
5.) Turn off your light and close your eyes
6.) Listen to relaxing music
