What effects would you get from mixing Diphenhydramine and DXM?

I have been using Diphenhydramine for almost 6 months now. Since I know for possible complications I tend to do it only once or twice in a month. I have heard of possible combos, that they can make you even higher. What effects would you get from mixing Diphenhydramine and DXM? Are the effects worth the risk of taking this mixture?

Well, I guess it all depends on the person and what you expect from the combo. Last time I used it, I took 800 mg of DXM and 400 mg of Diphenhydramine. It really felt great, I have to admit that. I was in the streets, just walking around. Finally, I ended up in the park, with dozen kids running around me. It was great for a moment, but I guess watching the children running around made me sick so I vomited. I thought the kids would run away, but they just stood and watched me. Weird feeling.
