What happens will you get old blood

This is my first pregnancy. I am about 7 weeks and i started bleeding the other day. it stopped after 30 min, now i have old blood. is this normally, signs of miscarriage, or just a period started and didn't finish. i am scared becauase i asked say they have not experience this.

Have you been intimate in the last day or two? That may cause some minimal bleeding. Also, was it a lot of blood? If it would soak through a pad, then there is a possibility you just miscarried. But, don't jump to conclusions. Just make sure you call your doctor right away. They should get you in for new blood levels and to check your cervix. My doctor didn't get me in in time and didn't get my blood levels back in time and I lost my baby. Make sure you insist on your levels. Also, you may just be having some blood because of the implantation. These are two possibilities. Just make sure you see your doctor. Everything will be fine. Smile
