| Hello, my son is 7 years old and just as all other kids, he is very energetic and dynamic. We have thought that school will tire him a bit, but it looks like he has even more energy now. So we have decided that he should try training some sport or perhaps even martial arts. And he is thrilled with the idea of practicing karate or something similar. So, what illnesses can regular martial arts practice prevent? |

| Any kind of sport, including martial arts, is excellent for health. It is especially smart to enlist your kid for practicing as early as possible. In that way, he will develop the habit of constantly training something. No matter what that is. As for conditions, regular exercises will prevent heart problems, improve breathing, prevent bone and joint issues and what is also important his self esteem will be high. And that is more than enough... |
