My daughter has asthma and her condition worries me because the attacks she has to endure are very hard, and I just cannot watch her like that. Last time we went to a doctor, he recommended us to include Ipratropium Bromide in the therapy. She has not used it until now and I would like to know what is exactly Ipratropium Bromide?

That is a blockader of muscarine receptors and with this effect, it causes dilatation of brunches. It is used for asthma and other chronic obstructive diseases. Since its effect does not start immediately, most often it is used in a mixture with other medicaments and the most popular combo is ipratropium bromide with adrenergic beta agonists.
